Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Isaura Francisco Lda!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, sale items cannot be returned.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to isaurafrancisco@sapo.pt and send (only after our response) the item to: Rua José Pereira AE 05 Quinta do Segulim; 1685-635 Famões

Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

  • Gift cards

  • Some health and personal care articles


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within approximately 15 business days.

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

    • If you have already done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at isaurafrancisco@sapo.pt

    Shipping

    • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the above mentioned address

    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.

    • Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

    • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
